• Relevance (highlighting the potential to replicate or institutionalize the benefits or impact that the experience brings the target audience, how the intervention takes advantage of existing resources and capacities, innovative aspects of the experience and/or lessons learned based on the thematic  area  of  focus) - 25%

• Coordination and/or synergies among projects - 25%

• Ownership by beneficiaries (sustainability or durability of impact over time) - 25%

The selection panel
The selection panel will consist of representatives from the following institutions:
Two (2) representatives of the Department for Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection of the European Commission, ECHO and two (2) representatives of the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction, UNISDR.
