Exhibition Area:

As in previous sessions, the PR14 will feature an exhibition space with 15 tables available to participating organizations, which operate between Tuesday 27 and Thursday 29 May 2014 at the following times.

Tuesday 27:

11:30 - 18:00 hrs.

Wednesday 28:

09:00 - 18:00 hrs.

Thursday  29: 

09:00 - 16:00hrs.

Special Considerations

A selected organizations will be allocated a table in the exhibition area.

The application deadline is February 28, 2014 and the selected will be notified by March 10, 2014.

Under the limitation of space, preferably organizations who book in advance and to submit innovative proposals on disaster risk reduction will be given.

The map Á Exhibition will be posted on the venue and the website of the Regional Platform. However, it is suggested to / participants promote their spaces to encourage attendance.
