The Organizing Committee will subsequently review your application. If it is accepted, you will receive an email indicating you may attend the RPA17. Please note that you may attend the RPA17 only if your application has been accepted.

The deadline for submitting all applications is January 15, 2017.

Planning your trip

  • • Do you want to book your hotel? Visit the list of suggested hotels offering a special rate for participants.

We suggest that you wait until your application has been accepted before you make travel arrangements. Please note that the application process for a visa to travel to Canada is separate from the application process for the RPA17.
