On this website, you can find a set of standards, laws, regulations and other legal documents related to disasters. These documents were gathered in Central and South American countries and the goal is to provide people working in the field of risk management with informational tools.
Although efforts have been made to include only documents currently in effect, they become outdated very easily due to the own dynamics by which the laws of these countries are passed, modified or derogated. For this reason, it is essential to receive ongoing contributions to ensure that the website is updated on a regular basis and that it includes new information from your country, whenever available.
