As in previous sessions, the PR18 will have an exhibition space with 29 spaces available for participating organizations, which will operate between Wednesday 20th and Friday June 22nd, 2018 at the following times.
Wednesday 20th: 11:00-19:00
Thursday 21st: 9:00-17:00
Friday 22nd 09: 9:00-14:45
Send your application to request a space: Deadline May 20th, 2018.
A table will be assigned to each selected organizations within the exhibition area.
The deadline to submit the application is May 20th, 2018.
Given the space limitations, preference will be given to organizations that book in advance, as well as those that present innovative proposals on disaster risk reduction.
